OnDooty Pet Waste Management is a local, family owned and operated business based out of Old Brooklyn, Ohio. We are not a franchise. We love our city, community, shopping locally and giving back to it. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible and making your life easier by eliminating one of the most unpleasant parts of pet ownership. Satisfaction is guaranteed when you hire OnDooty PWM.
Additionally, while we are performing our work, if we notice anything out of the ordinary in your dog’s waste we will contact you and leave a bagged sample if you wish to have it tested at your vet. We love our dogs and our customer’s dogs and want to make sure they are all happy and healthy.
Nope. You may start or stop service at any time. We strive to build customer loyalty through our service. We do not have a minimum service period, but we do have Terms of Service that you can find here. (Hyper-link to terms of service page)
Most of our customers prefer to have services performed once a week. We also offer twice weekly, biweekly, one time pick up and spring clean up. Contact us for more information on other schedulable services that we offer, like cat litter exchanges and yard deodorizing.
We offer inexpensive plans for all of our customers. Pricing depends on the number of dogs, how often we are coming to your home, the type of service, and how big your yard is.
There may be an extra charge for first time service if it has been a while since the last clean up and there is a lot of accumulated waste. We can give you a free estimate.
Payments are processed automatically and invoices are sent out on the first of the month AFTER your services have already been completed for the prior month. If there is something you are not happy with, let us know. We want you to be satisfied with your service.
Yes. We will not jump or climb fences. If you have a gate, please have it unlocked on your service day or let us know the code so we can safely store that for your scheduled days.
Nope. As long as we have access to the yard, permission and initial payment arrangements have been made, there is no need for you to be home.
Yes. Animals make waste all year long so we pick it up all year long. Exclusions are Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
We will do our absolute best to be at your home during your scheduled pick up times. However, during very cold days, bad snow, rain and wind, there may be times we have to cancel for the safety of our team. If that happens, we catch up with missed pick-ups within a day or two of your scheduled service to get you back on track.
If you need a week of service skipped or you’re going on vacation, just let us know! There will be no extra charges for missed service and your bill will be prorated for the appropriate amount. We can resume service whenever you are ready!
If your dog is friendly and not aggressive, then yes! But if you know your dog has aggressive tendencies with strangers, we ask that you keep them restrained until we are off site and done with your service. We love all dogs and want to make sure they, and us, are safe. In case of any accidents, we are bonded and insured to protect our customers.
We clean all of our tools and gear after each stop to protect ourselves, our customers and their pets. There may be a time where we also might need to use your hose.
We love our environment and Mother Nature, so we do everything we can to protect it. We bag the waste in biodegradable bags and provide the options of disposing of it in your waste bin or disposing of it ourselves for a small additional fee.
