Welcome to OnDooty Pet Waste Management. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

OnDooty Pet Waste Management provides pet waste removal services, including but not limited to:

OnDooty and its employees agree to provide services stated in this Agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. Services may vary depending on location and availability.

3. Service Area

We currently serve most of North East Ohio communities. If you are outside of our service area, additional fees or restrictions may apply. Take a look at our service area page for more details. (Hyperlink to page)

4. Scheduling & Access

To complete services, clients must provide safe and clear access to the service area.

If we cannot access the yard, the service will be marked as Unable to Complete, and a full visit fee may still apply.

5. Hours of Operation

Business and cleaning hours fall between dawn and dusk, Monday through Saturday. Services are usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic.

6. Appointment Times

OnDooty can not accept specific appointment time requests, but we do send out communications 1 hour before each service to let you know we’re on the way and after we are done to let you know your yard is secure.

7. Waste Volume & Yard Conditions

If the lawn has not been cleaned in an extended period or contains significantly more waste than average, additional charges may apply. Excessively tall grass, snow, leaves, or debris may limit our ability to locate all waste.

We are not responsible for missed waste due to these conditions.

We operate in most weather conditions. However, service may be rescheduled due to:

9. Billing & Payments

Clients agree to pay for services according to the pricing provided at signup or booking.

Subscriptions and recurring services renew automatically unless canceled. Online invoices are sent out on the first of every month.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in the regular service fee being charged. If we must cancel due to weather or internal reasons, you will never be billed for that visit.

11. Pet Safety & Owner Responsibility

While we love all animals, we require that pets who do not do well with strangers be secured during service to ensure safety for both your pets and our technicians.

We are not responsible for injuries to pets or damage to property caused by unsecured animals or unsafe yard conditions.

12. Sanitation

Our tools and footwear are sanitized between yards to prevent cross-contamination to keep your pets healthy.

We take care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for:

If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review and address the issue.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge when reasonable.

15. Photographs for Documentation

We take photos of service areas for documentation, quality assurance, or proof of completion. These images will not include personal identifying information unless required for safety verification.
